Controlled Injectables
Controlled Injectables refers to precisely engineered, biodegradable microparticles designed for advanced injectable drug delivery and regenerative medicine applications. These uniform microspheres improve safety and performance by enabling controlled release, predictable injectability, and reduced foreign-body response compared with traditional microplastic-based formulations. They are customizable in size, degradability, and material, and can be used with fine needles for minimally invasive delivery of APIs, biologics, and drug compounds such as peptides, growth factors, and chemotherapeutics. The technology supports sensitive API encapsulation while avoiding harmful solvents and high shear stress, offering scalable solutions for next-generation pharmaceutical injectables.

Scaling Cell Culture
Scaling Cell Culture focuses on enabling efficient, high-yield expansion of living cells using advanced microencapsulation and dissolvable microcarrier technology. It was developed in collaboration with Rousselot, combining IamFluidics’ microfluidics technology with Rousselot’s collagen expertise to support scalable adherent cell culture and efficient harvesting. Instead of traditional flat 2D culture, cells are cultured on uniform microcarriers or within protective microcapsules that support controlled 3D growth in suspension and reduce shear stress in bioreactors. This approach simplifies workflows, improves cell viability and harvest efficiency, and supports scalable production for cell therapies, biologics manufacturing, and research applications. The process integrates with standard reagents and bioreactor systems while preserving cell quality and reproducibility at larger scale.

Bioactives Encapsulation
Bioactives Encapsulation focuses on protecting and controlling the delivery of sensitive active compounds such as peptides, nutrients, vitamins, probiotics, and other delicate bioactives. The approach uses advanced microencapsulation to shield ingredients from processing stress, environmental degradation, and premature release, while enabling targeted or controlled release in the body. With precise particle design and mild processing, this method improves stability, bioavailability, and performance across oral, intestinal, and localized delivery applications.
