With their superior flowability and compactibility, our CEOLUS™ high functional grades bring formulation design and tabletting efficiency to a new level, particularly for high dose, small tablet, and low-compactibility drug formulations. CELPHERE™, our MCC spherical cores allow the combination of incompatible APIs in one tablet, achieve robust release profile and improve the acceptability of products. Our pregelatinized starch PC-10 can be applied for protection of moisture sensitive APIs.
We, Asahi Kasei started MCC production in 1970 in Nobeoka, a city in the South edge of Japan, which is the birthplace of Asahi Kasei group.
