CAVASOL* W8 HP Pharma is a Hydroxypropyl-γ-cyclodextrin and has the unique ability to act as a molecular container by entrapping guest molecules in its internal cavity. The resulting inclusion complex is most commonly used to increase the water solubility of poorly soluble drugs, leading to improved bioavailability and taste-masking. CAVASOL* cyclodextrin grades are suitable for oral applications.
