What is in for you?

• You can win one of the 3 poster prizes from EUR 500, EUR 1.000 and EUR 1.500 for the 1st prize.
• Your poster is visible during the whole “poster session” of several months and afterwards if you agree.
• You have access to the whole pharmaexcipients community
• You share you knowledge with more people than at a normal event.

Who can participate?

The awards are open for any poster coming from academia or industry. As we like to foster the academical research we would exclude poster solely coming from the industry from the price winning (industry sponsored posters from universities are eligible to win) . This means if the first place is a industry poster, it remains on the first place but the prizes would go to the first 3 places coming from academia, eg. place two, three and four.

What are eligible topics?

Excipients are the key topic of our platform and the award. We therefore focus on excipients. But of course there are some many topics driven by excipients such as formulation, drug delivery, 3D printing, continuous manufacturing, regulatory, quality by design, etc. so whatever is related to excipients in a way will be eligible for the award.

Only abstracts / posters from 2017 onwards will be accepted. They can already have been presented at an event. Please ensure that you are allowed to publish the poster with us. You can gladly mentioned the event on the poster and / or abstract. All abstracts and posters will undergo an editorial check before publishing.

The voting poll will be online from September 15 – November 30, 2018. The winners will be notified and published in Q1, 2019. The votes will be systematically checked to avoid false votings.

All persons of legal age over 18 years  are entitled to participate. This does not apply to employees of Pharma Excipients International AG and their contracted companies. Winners will be notified by e-mail and no correspondence about the competition will be entered into. Legal recourse is excluded.

The period of participation in a competition will be announced in connection with the respective competition.

With your participation in competitions with text, picture, video/audio submission, you consent to Pharma Excipients International AG publishing your submitted entry (photo, video, text, etc.) and use it in articles and reporting related to the competition.
