Description

Blanose sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) is made by reacting sodium monochloroacetate with alkali cellulose under rigidly controlled conditions. The resultant anionic polymer is purified and dried. Blanose CMC is an anionic, water-soluble polymer.
