Liquid filling of hard gelatine capsules is an interesting approach to handle oily substances such as plant extracts incl. CBD in a better way.
IN-CAP has become very popular all over the World among R&D Laboratories, Pharmacies, Hospitals, etc. for trials research, batch productions and in laboratories for full production utilization. The IN-CAP is suitable to process Powders, Pellets, Liquids or Semi-Solid Products, Tablets – Mini Tablets and Capsules (CIC). The machine can be supplied either with tamping or dosator powder system. It is completely manufactured in Italy according to CE and GMP rules.
LIQUID FILLER
A device designed for all Labs – R&D Depts – etc., which need to fill liquids into a capsule. It has a 2.3L Heated Hopper + an Adjustable Speed Stirrer. The Filling Nozzle has been designed to fill from 0.15 mg up to 1000 mg.
It is supplied with a set of Different Needles (large-medium-small-micro) and special lower bushings.

CAPSULE SEALING / BANDING MACHINE
The automatic capsule filling machine IN-CAP® equipped with liquid filling station can handle a wide range of materials such as oily-products, high viscosity paste and wax-type products which thanks to the jacketed hopper with stirrer, can handle melted products at temperature up to + 80°C which then solidify at ambient temperature. Capsules containing such products require to be sealed!
