BARETab Lub (Self-Lubricating Excipient) Composition: Microcrystalline cellulose and Magnesium stearate

BARETab Lub is a unique combination of Binder and Lubricant, made by using Co-processed technology for Oral Solid dosage forms i.e. direct compressible tablet, Hard Capsule filling and powder mixed formulation. It promotes high-speed tableting operations and enhances the flowability of the material. It can be used in the pharma, Nutra and food industries. BARETab® Lub was developed to assist formulators with achieving more consistent performance and delivery characteristics while meeting the industry’s challenges for faster, more consistent products. It has excellent flow properties and a larger surface area which helps to get good quality products.

With BARETab Lub, no need to add lubricant, it is suitable for direct compressible and roller compaction.

BARETab® Lub available in different grades:

BARETab® Lub 90M: Good compatibility, flowability and no need for additional lubricant.
BARETab® Lub 50M: Fine grade combination, provides good compatibility and flowability. No need for additional lubricant.
BARETab® Lub LM90: Lower-moisture content (<3.0%) BARETab ® grade. Median particle size.
