The substitution of hydroxyl groups on native cyclodextrins to make HPBCD or HBGCD significantly enhances their solubility.
Cavitron W7 HP7 Pharma HPBCD has slightly higher water solubility than Cavitron W7 HP5 Pharma HPBCD.
