Cekol or sodium CMC, is a water soluble polymer derived from wood and cotton cellulose by introducing carboxymethyl groups on the cellulose backbone.
CEKOL® 700 P is a highly purified Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose. It is a tasteless, odourless, thickener, stabilizer or dispersant.
