Description

HI-SWEET 55 High fructose corn syrup provides excipient benefits as a humectant and vehicle while also providing nutrient benefits as carbohydrate source and bulk sweetener. It can be used in various oral dosage forms in both pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications including syrups, suspension and liquids.

Starch is a versatile polymer offering a variety of carbohydrate compositions. In the case of High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) products, the controlled hydrolysis of starch polymers results in high fructose compositions with valuable bulk sweetening profiles.
