Description

LYCADEX® PF Pyrogen-free dextrose monohydrate is a physiological sugar used to provide excipient and API benefits. As an excipient it is an isotonic agent and as an API it can be used as carbohydrate source and an osmotic agent. These benefits are possible in injectable applications including large volume parenteral, total parenteral nutrition and Rx excipients. In dialysis, it can be used as osmotic agent for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. With LYCADEX® PF, Roquette has pioneered the development of this level of quality in a pyrogen-free dextrose monohydrate product that has set a standard recognized around the world.
