Description

plasdone™ S-630 is commonly used to enhance the solubility of APIs and increase bioavailability of poorly water-soluble APIs through the formation of melt-extruded or spray-dried solid dispersions. It can also be used as a binder in direct compression, dry granulation or wet granulation, giving robust tablets.
