Description

Hard fat contains special additives and lower melting point. It is suitable for manufacturing vaginal and rectal preparations, requiring a more intensive wetting of mucosae, a greater dispersability or an enhanced absorption. It contains an ethoxylated emulsifier which makes it suitable for use in aquaeous or ethanolic/aquaeous active ingredients (emulsion suppositories).
