Benefiting from the experience and technology of decades, Lactalis was able to enter
the excipients’ market with its pharmaceutical lactose products in the forth quarter of 2023.

The Lactalpha range is composed of milled and sieved lactose from 50 to 100 to 150 mesh size, and soon 200 mesh. These references are compliant with the monographs of the current Pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur., USP-NF, JP). Thanks to its various particle sizes, Lactalpha can follow you in the formulation of tablets from wet and dry granulation, or in the filling of capsules and sachets.

Lactalpha 50

Lactalpha is a range of pharmaceutical grade milled and sieved lactose monohydrate. Lactalpha can easily be used for your OSD applications, in tablets from wet or dry granulation, capsules and sachets. Lactalpha 50 is a 50 mesh pharmaceutical sieved lactose conforming with the lactose monohydrate monographs of the current Pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur., USP-NF and JP).
