The Formulation Finder for Topicals is designed to address both chemical and patient compatibility concerns, guiding ZoomLab™ users to the most suitable base cream formulations.
- Select the appropriate administration route and dosage form
- Enter active ingredient information including partition coefficient and/or distribution coefficient
- Determine if the active ingredient is sensitive to heat, hydrolysis, light, or oxidation
- Identify the skin sensitivity of the target patient population
- Customize the sensory properties of the formulation
