Join us for a live demonstration of the STYL’One Nano Benchtop Compaction Simulator and its powerful Alix software by MEDELPHARM. MEDELPHARM will walk you through how to set up experiments, enter process parameters, capture compression data, and perform in-depth analysis. You’ll see how the fully instrumented single-punch tablet press measures force and displacement throughout compression and ejection, and how these results are directly linked to tablet properties such as weight, hardness, and dissolution. MEDELPHARM will show how this integration enables data-driven decisions to optimize formulations and process parameters for robust tablet production.
You’ll also discover how the STYL’One Nano is designed for early-stage tablet development, allowing material characterization and assessment of critical material attributes. MEDELPHARM will explore its flexibility in simulating various production processes — from dry granulation to wet granulation with different binder ratios — and how it supports screening of multiple blends. The webinar will highlight its capability to produce small, homogeneous batches for analytical method development, ensuring consistency and reliability. Finally, you’ll learn how some users leverage this technology for technical batches and even clinical batch manufacturing.
