Virginie Cavalli appointed Chief Executive Officer of Seppic

Paris: Seppic announces the appointment of Virginie Cavalli as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026.

A subsidiary of Air Liquide Healthcare, Seppic designs, manufactures, and distributes a wide range of specialty ingredients used in cosmetics, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, veterinary products, and industrial applications. Nearly 900 employees support customers in 100 countries through the company’s subsidiaries and distributor network.

With a degree from EMLyon school in business and fi nancial strategy, Virginie Cavalli joined the Air Liquide Group in 1992. She has since served several functional and leadership positions in various business units and geographies, including France, the United States, Chile, and Singapore. Most recently, she served as CEO for Air Liquide in Japan, and has been Deputy Group Vice President of Human Resources for the Group since 2023.

Virginie brings to Seppic her solid expertise in business development and operational and financial management, as well as an international strategic vision, which will support the company’s ambitions for the coming years.
